香港2022年8月25日 /美通社/ -- 中國領(lǐng)先的企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營和營銷云平臺(tái)愛點(diǎn)擊集團(tuán)iClick（NASDAQ：ICLK）發(fā)布截至2022年6月30日未經(jīng)審計(jì)的第二季度財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)績。

愛點(diǎn)擊2022年第二季度收入達(dá)3,808萬美元，其中"企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營解決方案"收入為1,381萬美元，同比增長3%; "在線營銷解決方案"收入為2,426萬美元，同比下降62%。 "在線營銷解決方案"收入下降主要來自 i) 集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略性縮減利潤率較低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的部分"在線營銷解決方案"業(yè)務(wù)、ii) 部分客戶面臨更嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男袠I(yè)監(jiān)管，導(dǎo)致中國廣告市場(chǎng)普遍放緩以及 iii) 中國實(shí)施嚴(yán)格的疫情防控措施。

由于"在線營銷解決方案"的收入下降，2022年第二季度毛利潤為926萬美元，同比下降62%；毛利率為24.3%, 相較于去年同期的31.2%。根據(jù)非美國通用會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則，2022年第二季度調(diào)整后EBITDA虧損為1,317萬美元；調(diào)整后凈虧損為1,502萬美元。

股票回購計(jì)劃
