根據(jù)貸款協(xié)議，銀團(tuán)貸款的資金將被用于之前董事會所批準(zhǔn)的2019年到期年息為11.75%的1.5億美金輝海有限公司債券的贖回。銀團(tuán)貸款由公司、輝海有限公司、鑫達(dá)（香港）貿(mào)易有限公司、迪拜鑫達(dá)公司擔(dān)保。
